Learning Opportunities Philosophy – Learn Your Way
At PLUS, each Course and Program will follow our philosophy of “Learn Your Way”. This philosophy is based on the idea that all Participants should have multiple ways to engage in the Content, Learning, and/or Coaching initiatives. They are scaffolded with options for the Participant to choose how they learn and decide their best way to participate and receive the Content. We offer Online Courses and coursework that Participants can either view, read, interact with, listen to, or collaborate around with other colleagues. The idea is that they can access this information, resources, strategies, and coursework anytime, using any device or technology that works best for them. We also can guarantee available options to meet with our team of Trainers and Content Providers, both Virtually and In-Person. Once the series of Professional Learning is complete, Participants have an option to receive Clock Hours, Continuing Education Credit, Certificates of Completion, or a Badge.
For each Learning Opportunity, we leverage a pool of subject matter experts in various fields to consult and contract with on Content Creation. Together we can create Content designed so users learn their desired subject and can also connect it back to their career or future career opportunities in meaningful and impactful ways. PLUS Staff are made up of individuals that work cohesively together to create Programs and Opportunities to meet the needs of our Districts or Clients.
